OUR LEARNING APPROACH

Understanding
becomes judgment.

Think in Korean is for learners who can already understand a great deal of Korean, but want to make better decisions when reading, writing, and speaking.

L1: Korean Understanding

L1 helps you see a distinction. Why does one particle foreground a topic while another introduces new information? Why does a sentence ending sound attentive in one setting and distant in another?

L2: Korean Judgment

L2 puts those distinctions into situations. You consider the relationship, the listener, the intention, and the possible response. The task is to choose—not simply to repeat a model sentence.

Learning sequence

Notice the context → compare the choices → make a decision → read the response → improve the next attempt.

Clear English, complex Korean

Our explanation language is English, written to be accessible to learners around the world. The Korean itself is not simplified into beginner lessons.
